We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before your event start time for setup and testing.
Can you customize the photo template?
Yes! We can custom design your photo template to match your event theme, colors, branding, or aesthetic.
What kind of space is needed?
We recommend an indoor 10x10 ft setup space for the best guest experience.
What power is required?
We require access to a grounded power outlet within 10 feet of the setup area.
Do you offer outdoor setups?
At this time, Snapshot Studio only offers indoor setups.
How do guests receive their photos?
Guests receive instant prints during the event along with digital sharing options. We also provide a live QR code gallery linkwhere guests can instantly access event photos throughout the night.
Can the booth handle large events?
Yes! Snapshot Studio has supported festivals and large-scale events with up to 1,000 attendees. The large event fee applies to 300+ guests.
How do I reserve my event date?
Fill out our interest form to check date availability. Afterwards, A non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.
Is an attendant included?
Yes! Every package includes a booth attendant to assist guests and keep everything running smoothly.
